Great post today! I just wanted to leave a short comment and say that while programs like this can be extremely helpful in starting your own Affiliate Marketing efforts, you have to be extremely careful with what products/services you choose to promote.

Normally programs like this have a wide range of products you can promote. Some are amazing, some are not helpful at all.

Be sure what you promote will really benefit your list by helping them become more successful in their own marketing efforts. By promoting a product you’re confident in, your list will trust you that much more.

That is the true key to any success, online or offline, affiliate marketing or otherwise. Trust, honest recommendations, useful recommendations.

Thank you for your positive comment. Just like you, I could have saved money if the APG had been around earlier in my affiliate home business career. I “paid dearly” to learn some of my marketing lessons, but after I joined the APG, the group helped me learn how to avoid spending more money than truly necessary.
