Thanks for visiting APC and posting a compliment and a question! IM faceplate is developing into a great social networking site for Internet Marketers.

Using the “Shout” feature on IM faceplate is “awesome easy” When you are logged in at IM faceplate and you are on your faceplate, just look at your current “Shout” box (top of your screen, of course), and below the shout, there should be “Manage Shouts” link or a “Post new shout” link or something like that. Click the link and it should give you a field to enter new text.

If you are a Pro member, you will be able to actually schedule your Shouts. If not Pro, then your new shout simply goes live immediately.

I see that some members do not have a Shout box on their faceplates and I don’t know why that is. I can’t remember if it is a setting a person selects when they first join? I’ve looked through my account and I can’t see a spot to turn Shouts on or off.

But I do see your Shout box, David, so just look for the little link below the shout.

Great overview of IMFacePlate. I too have joined this. It’s an excellent way for internet marketers to brand themselves,whilst getting some backlinks. I think it will be pretty successful!
