Make 2012 Your Year to Believe and Achieve
Success begins with you, so why not make 2012 your year to believe and achieve? Decide what you want, then make a commitment to do whatever it takes to make it happen. The simple act of deciding makes all the difference.
Many of my friends and Internet home business marketing associates know that I appreciate motivational and inspirational quotes. I like to collect them and share them. I find great inspiration in quotes and sayings and use them sometimes in the articles and blog posts I write.
For example, while reading a couple of quotes by Brian Tracy on creativity and decision making, the outline for this blog post popped into my head. I always appreciate how Brian takes certain universal concepts and presents them in ways that are easy to understand and apply to one’s own life and experiences. …
The quotes I include here come from one of Brian’s popular audio training programs, The Universal Laws of Success and Achievement. These quotes are part of a larger concept that he is covering, but they also work as standalone ideas.
While talking about creativity, Brian reminds us that anything we can mentally conceive, we can also believe and achieve: “Every advance begins with an idea in one person’s mind,” he says.
That means that if you come up with a good, reasonable idea, it has the potential to produce some significant benefits for other people. Since the idea has potential, it is worth your while to pursue it. So, believe in yourself, that you have the ability to develop the idea, and go for it! If you truly believe it, you will be able to achieve it.
Further to this, Brian advises that every leap forward springs from a clear decision to act. “If you act boldly,” he says, “unseen forces will come to your aid.”
There’s that decision-making concept again. When you make a clear, confident decision, the simple act of making that decision magnifies your power to succeed and achieve many times over.
Brian also talks about the importance of proper preparation before embarking on a project.
“Perfect performance comes from painstaking preparation,” he explains. “Real pros take more time than others to prepare.”
The bottom line to all of this is success begins with an idea, followed up with a firm decision to do something with it. Making that decision can make all the difference. It empowers you to believe and achieve and when you get into that state of positive expectation, you are truly ready to make great things happen. Decide right now to make 2012 your year to succeed!
